Required skills and experience
2-3 years of experience in web content management
Knowledge of Wordpress, Pagebuilder, Knowledge of used CMS Systems, in Detail: FirstSpirit, (Bonus: Episerver), MS Office, Jira, Adobe Creative Suite (PS)
Good understanding of digital KPI and analytics, as well as data driven marketing with a performance mindset.
Knowledge of UX design, latest SEO principles & analytical tools
Ability to translate analytical data into actionable insights
Structured and well organized, good communication & collaboration skills
Ability to work internationally, cross functionally and in a multi cultural team
Strong skills in social media environment with affinity to new social media channels (e.g. Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitch)
Deep knowledge of media and content creation methods
Good understanding of best content and digital marketing practices and trends
Experience with our E-Mail marketing tools Dotdigital & Pardot & Salesforce
Main accountabilities, responsibilities and deliverables
Overall content availability, accuracy and usability across assigned web site domains and languages
Continuously improve website content performance indicators through systemic A/B testing program execution
Preparation & timely publishing of landing pages and user experience on the websites
Cooperation with the website management agencies and internal stakeholders to generate digital assets and content targeting the relevant channel audience.
Actively engage with the Digital Front
End Solutions team to align and cooperate on a mutual website performance improvement plan, overall User Experience design and page grids
Ensure all initiatives are in line with overall marketing and communication initiatives
Ensure all digital and website marketing material complies with latest SEO requirements
Ensure legal and functional (communication, brand, engineering) compliance before publication
Support deployment of digital marketing campaigns via ad placements and SEO keyword bids
Develop Strategies of embedding the Social Media Channels into our Website Landscape
Development & Designing of E-Mail marketing campaigns and organization
Design of Marketing Automation E-Mail Campaigns
Development of Goals and KPI´s regarding E-Mail Marketing & Automation measures, Analysis of results and reporting to relevant Stakeholders
Handling of Tasks in E-Mail Marketing with our internal tools
Providing and enabling reports of ZF Aftermarket's Social Media landscape to relevant stakeholder.
