We are looking for a MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER talent, to join our specialized COMMUNICATIONS team for our CORPORATE department for SAN LUIS POTOSÍ, MEXICO.
In this position you will have an impact by:
- Playing a key role in the creation and execution of integrated marketing communications plans and assets, working with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Overseeing the planning, execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital channels, social media, email and traditional marketing.
- Developing and overseeing the creation of engaging and relevant messaging and content that is aligned with brand identity and resonates with target audiences.
- Staying current on industry trends, competitor activities and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development and Creative, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Managing and leading a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentoring and support to ensure individual and team success.
- Developing, leading, and strengthening relationships with stakeholders, leaders, and suppliers.
- Maintaining and enhancing Cummins brand identity across all marketing materials and touch points.
- Planning and executing virtual and in-person events that create memorable experiences and deepen connections to the Cummins brand.
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, providing feedback and recommendations for improvements, and reporting regularly on marketing KPIs.
- Developing and managing budget, financial controls and risks, ensuring efficiency and compliance with established budget.
- Understanding and championing digital marketing tools, trends, and channels with stakeholders.
- Leading and managing digital marketing initiatives, developing and executing digital marketing strategies and overseeing the planning, execution and optimization of digital campaigns.

- 5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Solid experience in leading teams driving marketing strategies.
- Proven experience as Marketing Leader.
- Advanced English.
