Position: Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and proactive professional responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing marketing strategies focused on generating new clients and sales opportunities through the organization of both in-person and virtual events.

• Plan, organize, and follow up on events, trade shows, and exhibitions across various markets (USA, Mexico, Central and South America).
• Manage vendors, budgets, and timelines.
• Administer and monitor the CRM system.
• Generate periodic performance reports.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho or similar), basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, and strong skills in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel).
• Data analysis skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English (written and spoken).
• Valid U.S. visa.
