We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Experiential Marketing Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies and events to drive brand engagement and awareness. The ideal candidate has a strong background in PR, event planning, brand activations, and ambassador relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Execution: Plan, coordinate, and manage events from concept to completion, including brand activations in studios or other venues. Oversee all logistics, budget management, and ensure end-to-end event execution. Provide detailed reports on observations and event outcomes.
Brand Activations: Coordinate all brand activations at various studios and events. Ensure each activation aligns with brand objectives and effectively engages the target audience.
Ambassador Management: Nurture relationships with brand ambassadors, collaborating on content creation and event participation. Monitor the impact of ambassador initiatives and ensure alignment with brand goals.
Brand Partnerships: Foster new brand partnerships that align with our brand values and strategic objectives. Develop innovative brand initiatives, negotiate partnerships, and ensure they align with our overall business goals.
Reporting: Document and report on key observations, event performance, and partnership results. Provide insights and recommendations for future activations and initiatives based on the findings.
PR: Implement comprehensive PR strategies to enhance brand visibility. Cultivate strong media relationships and proactively monitor and analyze media coverage for strategic insights.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event planning, PR, or a related field.
Proven track record of developing successful PR strategies, managing media relationships, and executing brand activations.
Strong project management skills, including managing logistics, budgets, and end-to-end event coordination.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
