Role Description:
This position is responsible for the overall quality of programmed online survey link and all the deliverables related to this. ?
Key Deliverables of the Role:
· Proactively participate in training sessions.
· Complete training exercises with adequate number of errors.
· Complete QA related tasks on assigned projects with small number of errors.
· Consistently show progress in performance during both training as well as monitoring stage.
· Ensuring link compliance with client requirements and master document.
· Understanding, evaluating, and executing the tests and procedures properly.
· Recommending modifications and changes, if any, to the appropriate departments.
· Investigating and registering link modifications.
· Adaption of English link to any language required.
Essential Qualifications and Experience Required:
· University degree, at least Bachelors in Administrative - Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering (not manufacturing).
· Knowledge/experience of quality and control methodologies.
· Fluent business English-speaker with excellent grammar skills.
· English certifications: TOEFL 550 or Cambridge B2.
