Scope of Role
The Manufacturing Engineer Manager is responsible for organizing and managing the manufacturing engineering resources of the Apodaca 3, Mx facility. The incumbent will be expected to effectively meet objectives and to assure quality production of company products with maximum efficiency, while determining the best utilization of equipment, facilities, material flow and manpower. Other areas of responsibility include production support and projects' execution and tooling management.

- Strong analytical ability to recognize the need for modification of procedures or processes, identify root cause, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions where limited standardization or information exists.
- Strong interpersonal skills which foster teamwork and collaboration and develop high quality working relationships to influence, gain support, and achieve results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively deliver and transfer knowledge of technical concepts to production associates and respond to questions.
- Advanced level proficiency with CAD and MS Office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated understanding of finance, capital appropriations, and budgeting practices and ability to perform manufacturing analysis and estimate cost of labor, equipment, material, and assembly capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead change through an organization.
