Education: Industrial or Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 5 years in production as Manager

Knowledge:

·        Management and development of high-performance teams

·        Manufacturing process and equipment

·        Quality Systems and Continuous Improvement tools (eg. Green Belt, Lean Manufacturing)

·        OEE and productivity

·        Statistical process and control, control charts

Responsibilities of the position

·        Lead production of the Mexico Plant according to the client´s production orders to ensure quality, cost and delivery time

·        Assure compliance with the security system to avoid risk conditions for personnel and equipment

·        Define and calculate the production budget

·        Define and calculate the OEE, efficiency and cost per line

·        Secure the order and cleanliness of the entire operation
