Quality Manager

Purpose:

Management of Quality System in Foundry RA, Lead quality related investigations including CCAR's, product Reworks or Rejects. (8D methodology) & Ownership of Control Plans and PFMEA's for all processes

•                   Perform control standards that measure quality standards in the most efficient way.

•                   Leadership in 8D´s to identify root cause for Incidents.

•                   Development of Quality team

Key Result Areas:

•                   Rework/Reject rate reduction.

•                   Received CCAR's reduction / On-time closure of CCAR's.

•                   No major findings in ISO 9000 audits / Customers audits.

•                   Support on developing required customer documentation (PPAP).

•                   Compliance with Global Safety KPIs (0 LTI, Safety Audits, IOPA´s)

Qualifications & Experiences:

•      8+ years of related experience

•      Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Quality Engineering or related field from an accredited university or college

•      Experience in powder coatings process.

•      Knowledge in Statistical Process Control and Quality Assurance

•      Proficient English
