Job Description:

An international company in the automotive manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead operations at its facility in San Luis Potosí. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting production, quality, cost, safety, and continuous improvement objectives in accordance with global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all operational areas: production, maintenance, quality, logistics, and safety.
• Ensure compliance with KPIs and automotive standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, etc.).
• Lead and implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote a high-performance, results-driven culture with a strong focus on safety.
• Work closely with senior leadership to align plant operations with corporate strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the automotive industry, with at least 3 years in a Plant Manager or similar leadership role.
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing operations, KPIs, and Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Advanced English required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
