Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain real estate, machinery, and equipment—both directly and indirectly related to production and commercial processes—in optimal working conditions through effective human resource management.
• Reduce the plant's accident rate.
• Efficiently and effectively schedule production lines.
• Manage production planning reports in an organized and structured manner.
• Prevent missed customer deadlines due to ineffective scheduling.
• Improve and strengthen the plant planning process.
• Enhance the effectiveness of product output versus customer delivery.

Education: Industrial Engineering, Bachelor's Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
