Collaborate with the INDUS Assembly Team to industrialize assembly processes and validate new equipment or tools for new product introduction. Get to know the assembly process to collaborate efficiently with: · Responsible for writing and maintaining technical information of Work Instructions for the Assembly Area in compliance with SPS. · Responsible for updating the deliverables: Line Architecture, Line Balance, Material Providing Handling (MPH), Process Flow, and Layout. · Support the elaboration of potential failure modes on the FMEA. · Support the integration of new manufacturing fixtures and equipment in the assembly line, with an emphasis on mistake-proofing. · Responsible for follow-up meetings and the status of external suppliers. · Provide feedback to the engineering team about any issues or suggestions for improving the product design. · Solve technical problems of the process, component, or material in the Manufacturing Line · Serve as a communication bridge between GSC and Indus Assembly · Support on Equipment Validation Qualifications We know skills and competencies show up in many different ways and can be based on your life experience.
