Objective of the position
Responsible for managing and maintaining quality warranty data and all related to field emerging Issue, monitor, analyze, evaluate and recommend solution to customer service and product quality problems
Typical tasks:
- Analyze field and Warranty Data and perform plans to improve performance: Perform warranty and field analysis in order to identify major issues, develop a plan to improve and maintain performance.
- Analyze external claims, coordinate actions: Focal point to receive claims from after sales. Review Quality indicators (EWR, 3M, 12M). Define person in charge in Improvement section and consolidate actions and countermeasures.
- Manage logistics accounts and request reimbursements: Keep track of suspect part shipments, logistics expenses and request reimbursement to QA-Information.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related
2 years of experience
Knowledge in quality management process
