Job Description Summary

Objetivo:

Coordinar y asegurar la generación de cestas para pago a proveedores, seguimiento a devoluciones (Ingresos, conciliaciones y ajustes), monitoreo de abastecimiento en tarima chep y tarima blanca, ingreso de descargas y asegurar el abastecimiento de consumibles al área de maquilas y de papelería para el almacén, así como seguir los procedimientos establecidos por el SGIA para asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad e inocuidad.

Actividades principales:

• Elaboración de Cestas en SRM para pago a proveedores y registro de facturas de proveedores.

· Realizar ajustes de destrucciones y dar seguimiento a los traspasos.

• Realizar auditorias corporativas.

• Dar seguimiento a los KPI´s de Calidad.

• Realizar análisis de capability de productos nuevos y productos de línea en procesos.

Habilidades (experiencias / educación formal):

Licenciatura afín

Conocimientos de Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad y Seguridad Alimentaria

Experiencia en Control Estadístico de Procesos

Legislación aplicable a Alimentos

Conocimientos de Normas y Esquemas Internacionales GSFI

Habilidades (conocimiento):

Conocimientos de SAP

Conocimientos de Herramientas de Calidad y Análisis de Causa Raíz

Conocimientos básicos de Microbiología
