Descripción
Operation: VPC, Finish Vehicle Transportation, Last Mile Logistics, Ports.
Scope: All NMEX plants, Dealers, VPC, Ports yards, Border yards.
Job Responsibilities:
To achieve organization targets and special projects related to logistics and manufacturing operations.
Promote and secure the highest quality standards within Finish vehicle transportation.
Design and supervise quality control processes to ensure that vehicles comply with established regulations and standards.
Implement and maintain quality management systems.
Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors.
Manage the necessary certifications as is needed and collaborate with certifying entities.
Prepare periodic reports on the performance of quality system and propose improvements.
Train employees in quality procedures and standards.
Monitoring quality team performance and ensure that established procedures are followed.
Review dealers suggestions and complaints to identify areas for improvement and ensure their satisfaction.
Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve procedures aimed at preserving vehicle quality.
Managing dealer relationships
Incorporate new technologies related to improving inspections and quality management.
Detect and resolve quality problems in a timely manner to prevent defects from reaching the end customer.
Maintains clear and effective communication with all departments to ensure that quality objectives are met.
Oversee the planning and execution of transportation and distribution activities.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.

Years of Experience:
3 - 5 years
Education/Certifications:
Engineering or Bachelor's Degree related (Industrial/ business management or similar) or higher.
