We are looking for a Plant Manager to lead the start-up of a new manufacturing facility in Nuevo León, with a strong background in metal hardware manufacturing, machinery, automotive parts, or consumer electronics, and at least 15 years of industry experience.
Key Requirements:
15+ years of experience in manufacturing (metal hardware, machinery, automotive parts, electronics).
Hands-on experience launching new plants or managing plant expansions, including equipment installation, staffing, and process ramp-up.
Extensive knowledge of stamping, machining, and surface treatment processes (electroplating, powder coating, anodizing).
Proven track record managing operations under ISO quality systems, serving international clients and meeting global standards.
Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken).
Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
Strong expertise in cost reduction, continuous improvement, and ensuring full regulatory compliance.
