We are looking for a Plant Manager to lead the start-up of a new manufacturing facility in Nuevo León, with a strong background in metal hardware manufacturing, machinery, automotive parts, or consumer electronics, and at least 15 years of industry experience.

Key Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in manufacturing (metal hardware, machinery, automotive parts, electronics).
• Hands-on experience launching new plants or managing plant expansions, including equipment installation, staffing, and process ramp-up.
• Extensive knowledge of stamping, machining, and surface treatment processes (electroplating, powder coating, anodizing).
• Proven track record managing operations under ISO quality systems, serving international clients and meeting global standards.
• Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong expertise in cost reduction, continuous improvement, and ensuring full regulatory compliance.
