What will be your challenges?
- Active involvement with order management platform processes, from Order creation to Booking Request to Shipment Execution.
- Navigating within and executing entries within DBS applications, such as Infor Nexus, TANGO and PBI.
- Leverage TANGO and Infor Nexus workflows to effectively communicate with origin export branch(es) and other OMCC locations.
- Escalate to proper parties in accordance with DBS and Customer SOPs.
- Monitor data flow between TANGO and Infor Nexus (Project Columbus workflow) and escalate issues as needed.
- Serve as first level support for reviewing error log messages related to missing data and/or transaction failures.
- Perform active vendor management activities (order follow up, booking compliance).
- Serve as liaison between DBS origin operation and suppliers/shippers.
- Review DQ dashboard reports and initiate corrective actions with origin locations when data and/or events are missing.
- Special projects: Manage special activities for specific customers like management of carrier's invoice statements.
What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)
- Proficient in business English as the role requires frequent communication to internal and external parties.
- Experience in billing (MUST)
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
- Ability to work in a team environment & work independently.
- Ability to execute system workflow instructions and meet project timelines.
- Strong MS Office aptitude (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
