Automotive company is looking for a PC&L Manager to lead the production and supply chain operations, ensuring that the production lines run smoothly, inventory is optimized, and the products reach customers efficiently and on time.

Description

• Overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end flow of materials
• Develop and manage production schedules in alignment with demand forecasts, ensuring sufficient inventory and resources to meet production targets.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, balancing the need to minimize excess stock with ensuring uninterrupted production.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, coordinating with suppliers and distribution partners to ensure timely material supply and product delivery.
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes in production planning, inventory management, and logistics to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience in production control, supply chain management, and logistics in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and MRP systems.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytic skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Advanced English (Mandatory)
