We are Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation and a proud part of the University of Cambridge.
As a Master Data & Demand/Supply Planner, you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining the ERP master data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for critical business operations.
About the role
You will be responsible for demand planning for Central America and the Caribbean markets while providing backup support for Mexico. Your role will include monitoring stock levels, forecasting purchases, and handling pricing processes in SAP.
Collaborating closely with internal teams like IT, customer service, and supply chain, you will ensure data integrity and smooth execution of processes across the business. Additionally, you will lead the development and implementation of best practices for master data management, contributing to efficient, data-driven operations.
About you
You are a data-driven individual with a background in industrial engineering or a related field and possess solid ERP and SAP knowledge.
You bring expertise in demand/supply planning, logistics, and forecasting, with strong project management skills. You are proficient in Excel and Power BI and have a continuous improvement mindset with a customer focus. With an intermediate level of English, you communicate effectively and thrive in a collaborative environment.
You are solution-oriented, adaptable, and excel at managing multiple tasks while influencing colleagues across departments. Experience in database administration and programming languages (SQL, VB) is a plus.
English Level B1+.
