Job Description: Spare Parts Developer
The Spare Parts Developer is responsible to develop, plan and monitor the local spare parts business in terms of turnover,
profitability in close cooperation with the sales channel responsible. The spare parts developer is also responsible to collaborate
with the supply of parts to the organization. It is essential to focus on sales strategies and market development, playing a crucial
role in driving revenue growth and expanding the presence in the spare parts market. The Spare Parts Developer must combine
technical knowledge of spare parts with a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles to identify market
opportunities, develop sales strategies, and build relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
? Service Partners Network development and incentivization for original spare parts together with sales.
? Competitor and 3rd party monitoring.
? Sparring partner for logistics to balance availability benefits vs. logistic efforts.
? Collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve spare parts availability.
? Execution and local adaption of region spare parts strategy to develop the market.
? Execution and local adaption of region pricing strategy incl. feedback & input to region level.
? Deriving measures to realize efficiency and profitability potentials proactively or in cooperation with region (e.g.
Region benchmarking).
? Creating and maintaining spare parts reporting framework including sales metrics, automated reports and
dashboards & analytics.
? Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential customers, emerging trends, and competitor activities.
? Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives.
? Identify key target markets and develop strategies to penetrate them effectively.
? Collaborate with marketing teams to develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
? Provide insights on customer needs and market trends to inform product development strategies.
? Reporting of best practice to region.
Accountabilities
? Revenue and ROS of Spare Parts.
? Implementation of regional and national Spare Parts initiatives.
? Implementation of international standards and best practice in local level to ensure high efficiency together with a
high availability of parts for all aftermarket processes.
? Implementation of tools and processes to reach higher maturity level.

Requirements
? Bachelor's degree in engineer, administration, business, or related field.
? Desirable: Advanced level of English (participation in meetings).
? Familiarity with spare parts cataloging systems and software.
? Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
? Effective communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment
