Your ‘day to day'
You will be responsible for trade marketing logistics and warehousing administration, maintaining, and updating databases used by the merchandising team, and creating follow-ups based on critical departmental metrics.
You will identify the best ways to distribute our initiatives nationwide and find opportunities by analyzing executional critical metrics, considering the particularities of each region and capabilities, all with an OTIF (On Time In Full) mindset.
Major Accountabilities
- Distribute materials to national warehouse locations using the fastest and most cost-effective options.
- Define the quantity of materials for each commercial initiative, adjusted to channel, chain, and priority segmentations.
- Administer warehouse audits, including material availability, destruction, and space optimization.
- Conduct monthly audits and follow-ups on materials in distributor warehouses.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of merchandising databases, including store characteristics and various efforts at points of sale, such as Sales, Share, and Routes.
- Communicate and monitor shipments according to distribution lists and users to ensure availability nationwide.
- Travel to different cities each quarter to ensure the accurate implementation of all processes.
Who We're Looking For
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Actuarial Science, Administration, or a similar field.
- Experience in logistics and supply chain management.
- Experience with KPI management and sales metrics.
- Proficiency in using logistics management and tracking tools.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Fluent in Spanish.
