Global leader in aerospace manufacturing is looking for a Supply Chain & Quality Manager to ensure that the suppliers meet delivery schedules and quality standards.

Description

• Track performance through KPIs, driving improvements in quality and efficiency, and implementing corrective actions as needed.

• Assess and support supplier capacity to handle production scale-ups, and manage production shifts or changes to meet business needs.

• Identify risks, coordinate recovery plans with suppliers, and ensure they align with the standards of the company.

• Work closely with internal teams to keep stakeholders informed and support supplier performance reviews and improvement plans.

• Experience working with world-class, high-quality suppliers and clients.

Profile

• Excellent communication in English, with ability to clearly present complex issues.
• Degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Collaborative, solution-focused, and adaptable to change.
• Over 5 years of experience in a Supply Chain management role.
