Our EL SALTO site is looking for a new CUSTOMER SERVICE ANALYSTIST to join our CONTRACT LOGISTICS team.
Completed bachelor's degree:
- International Trade
- International Relations
(OPTION FOR RECENT GRADUATES)
Manage and execute the activities assigned to his position; meeting the requirements of each of the internal and external customers, verifying the fulfillment of an excellent level of service.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Inventory up to date in the system 2.
- Generate the Final Inventory Report.
- Confirm Status.
- Update and maintain database.
- Perform system queries
- Generate reports with the appropriate data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with GXP practices.
MUST +
Experience in customer service:
Order tracking
Order management
Report elaboration
Theoretical knowledge in the logistics sector, shipments, assortments, pedimentos, transport, import, supply chains.
Journey:
Monday to Friday: 08:30 am - 05:30 pm
