We are looking for you to become our next CUSTOMER SERVICE (location QRO).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Commercial Relations, or related field.
At least 3 years of previous experience in customer service positions within the logistics or freight forwarding sector.
Deep knowledge of international logistics processes, maritime, air, and land transportation, Incoterms, shipping documents, ports, customs.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Results-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency with technological tools and customer management software (SAP desirable).
Main Activities:
Attend to and resolve customer inquiries and needs.
Timely follow-up on operations.
Follow up and review shipping documents according to the modality.
Prepare reports and data analysis related to operations.
Shipment tracking.
Route analysis, coordination, and shipment follow-up.
Negotiation with suppliers, shipping lines, terminals, customs, carriers.
Review shipping documents, invoices, instruction letters, among others.
Carry out the integration and sending of foreign trade files generated by daily operations.
