Job Title: Purchasing and Inventory Analyst

Position Objective:
Provide operational support to the purchasing process and inventory control, ensuring proper entry, registration, allocation, and tracking of materials. Focused on metallic or industrial products.
Main Responsibilities:
• Record material entries in the ERP system.
• Monitor existing inventory, prioritizing older materials.
• Allocate materials according to internal needs.
• Request quotes from suppliers.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on delivery.
• Assist with basic consumption and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse and production areas.
Requirements:
• Degree in administrative, industrial, or related fields.
• 2 to 5 years in similar roles (operational purchasing + inventory).
• Experience in metal or industrial materials companies is desirable.
• ERP management (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and intermediate Excel.
• Attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
