•Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order preparation, and dispatch of goods.

•Ensure efficiency and accuracy in all warehouse operations, optimizing workflows and material handling processes.

•Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accurate records and product availability.

•Implement systems and procedures to minimize inventory loss, theft, and damage.

•Manage, train, and motivate the warehouse team to ensure optimal performance and a positive work environment.

•Assign tasks and set performance goals, providing feedback and support as needed.

•Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations related to workplace safety, occupational health, and environmental protection.

•Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation as required by regulatory authorities.

•Identify opportunities for improvement in warehouse processes and systems, proposing and implementing innovative and efficient solutions.

•Collaborate with other departments to optimize the supply chain and improve customer satisfaction.
