Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and reliability.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchase orders based on demand.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier performance.
• Collaborate closely with operations, finance, and logistics teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain (preferably in the transport/logistics industry).
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement software (ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
