What You'll Bring: Job Requirements
We're looking for a driven professional with:
- A Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 5+ years of robust experience in supply chain management, with strong expertise in Production Planning.
- Proficiency with ERP systems; Oracle knowledge is a significant advantage.
- 3+ years in the automotive industry; familiarity with GM requirements is a plus.
What You'll Do: Job Responsibilities
As our Supply Chain Manager, you'll be pivotal in ensuring our production goals are met and our customers are delighted. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and executing all activities essential to achieving sales and shipping targets.
- Reviewing sales orders and managing delivery assessments with precision.
- Leading our Customer Service efforts, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Monitoring and adjusting production plans to ensure timely order delivery.
- Conducting monthly capacity load analyses for all production departments.
- Supervising, inspecting, and assessing the execution and timeliness of production work orders.
- Proactively coordinating all available resources to maintain normal production during line abnormalities.
- Supervising, inspecting, and evaluating the work efficiency of the PMC team members.
