An international robotics company is expanding its operations in Mexico and is seeking an Inside Sales Representative.
Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented experienced Inside Sales Specialist (SDR) to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to qualify leads and schedule product demos over the phone and/or email. You will report directly to the Manager - Inside Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, competitor activity, and to identify potential customers in target industries.
- Engage leads in meaningful conversations to understand their business requirements/use case.
- Present product features/benefits, emphasizing how their specific needs can be addressed.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition and competitive advantages of our products.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs/use case and schedule demos.
- Manage the sales pipeline and sales cycle by ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Manage the Sales MIS and prepare sales reports/dashboard.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leads/customers.
- Stay updated on product knowledge - product enhancements, product improvements, new features, new products, etc.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
- 3-5 years experience as an Inside Sales Executive/SDR.
- Strong track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with leads/customers.
- Result-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
Monthly Gross Salary 30,000 – 40,000
