We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Sr NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer with 5+ years of experience. You'll combine deep knowledge of process engineering with the ability to lead NPI projects from start to finish. You'll be responsible for the flawless coordination and execution of new product launches, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.

Location: Reynosa, Tamulipas (Corning RCS)

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage NPI projects from conception to manufacturing handover, including sample creation, pilot runs, and pre-production.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and successful transition of new products.
• Apply methodologies like DMAIC, APQP, and Stage-Gate to optimize launch processes.
• Implement and monitor key performance metrics to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Be the expert in all NPI phases, from ideation to mass production.
• Collaborate closely with product design teams to ensure manufacturing feasibility.
• Take accountability for the results and timelines of NPI projects.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a Launch Engineer or NPI Engineer.
• Completed Engineering degree.
• Advanced English is essential for daily communication with global teams.
• Demonstrated experience in NPI project leadership.
• Deep knowledge of all stages of the NPI lifecycle.
• Experience in the fiber optic sector (desirable).
• Familiarity with PQP (Product Quality Plan) and launch methodologies.
• Strong skills in project management and statistical analysis.
• Dynamic, proactive, and a strong sense of leadership.
