Position: Process and Manufacturing Engineer

Role Objective:

To meet and exceed the expectations of our internal and external customers by implementing, developing, and sustainably maintaining our production systems. We aim to continuously improve our processes, ensure proper manufacturing of our products, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

• Time studies at workstations
• Calculate the Takt time for each station and perform line balancing
• Define headcount for each area based on target productivity
• Identify critical assemblies in operations
• Create or update layouts
• Modify layouts based on production, process, or safety requirements
• Improve process flow through layout changes
• Develop and implement all manufacturing process documentation
• Ensure repeatability in product manufacturing and engineering changes
• Conduct cost reduction and product improvement studies, considering safety, quality, and productivity
• Define tools and quantities needed for each process
• Implement new technologies and machinery

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Process Engineer
• 2+ years of experience in continuous improvement
• Advanced English proficiency
