Responsabilities:

• Report progress and compliance to the Quality Systems Coordinator.
• Review and integrate Customer-Specific Requirements (CSR) into QMS.
• Monitor and report Balanced Scorecard performance.
• Manage and share Balanced Scorecard updates with stakeholders.
• Analyze and report on customer feedback for improvements.
• Organize customer visits and audits to ensure compliance.
• Advocate for customer concerns within the organization.
• Participate in Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management activities.
• Follow all Quality, Environmental, and Safety policies.
• Conduct internal audits (LPA, 6S, System, Process, Product).

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Engineering Degree (With title)
• 3-6 years
• Experience in automotive industry, strong knowledge in IATF16949, CSR
• Intermediate English
