Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain quality and environmental management systems based on ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, ISO 14001.
• Supervise and update quality system documentation and ensure compliance.
• Plan and perform internal audits; coordinate external and customer audits.
• Lead communication with global headquarters on raw material quality issues.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Represent Balluff during customer, external, and UL audits.
• Train staff on quality procedures and promote a culture of quality.
• Ensure calibration compliance of measurement equipment.
• Collaborate with global teams to meet corporate standards and plant objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management systems.
• Advanced knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, ISO 14001.
• Advanced English: spoken, written, and reading (mandatory, will be evaluated).
• Leadership, teamwork, adaptability, and strong communication skills.
• High sense of responsibility, reliability, and continuous improvement mindset.
