Bachelor degree in Industrial, mechanical, electromechanically Engineer or similar

Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in automotive industry

English: Advanced

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSABILITIES:

·      You manage the plant project team without direct supervisory responsibility.

·      You are the interface between the project team and the production site during the whole development and industrialization process of new products and variants. 

·      You lead highly interdisciplinary launch workshops in close collaboration with your BU counterparts. 

·      You provide input for product and process design during the early development stages, for example design for manufacturing, layout and lessons learnt from past projects.

·      You are supervising the on-site industrialization, including equipment installations and personnel qualification.  

·      You closely track internal and external demands (pre-series and series) and make sure that material and production capacity is available jointly with the pre-series production coordinator.

·      You are responsible for all performance tests, including internal and customer Run & Rates. You ensure proper recording of the results and follow up and control the defined measures from these activities. 

·      You constantly monitor the project timeline to identify delays or hurdles for on-site industrialization early. You take proactive action together with the project team.

·      You are making sure that master data creation (e.g. by ILC WF) is applied by all departments and by this ensure that master data are up-to-date using the SAP MD readiness check

·      You track all activities around change management within your project at the plant and ensure that they are successfully implemented. 

·      You monitor the manufacturing costs (OEE, scrap, HC), identify gaps from target and drive improvement with your plant project team.

·      Jointly with your counterparts from the headquarter or other production sites, you constantly improve the launch procedures and actively share knowledge. 

·      Participate in all training scheduled by the company.

·      Accomplish with the requirements of: IATF 16949, ISO 14001.

·      Accomplish with the environmental policy and objectives. Knowledge the aspects and impacts environmental, as well the emergency plan.
