Position: Quality and Customer Service Engineer

Location: Monterrey Plant Av. Internacional 220 Vynmsa Escobedo Industrial Park, 66053, Cdad. Gral. Escobedo, N.L.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Experience in Product Quality, Process Quality, and New Project Introduction

• Advanced English (spoken and written)

• Willingness to travel and relocate

• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools (Six Sigma)

• Strong skills in Root Cause Analysis (8Ds, A3, PDCA, Audits)

• Proficient in Quality Systems: APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan (Core Tools)

We are looking for someone with:

• Excellent communication across all levels

• Proactive attitude, leadership, and result-oriented mindset

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as injection molding

• Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail
