Minimum Requirements (proficiency levels aligned to job level)

Bachelor's in electrical engineering, electronic engineering or related field.

•Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar role position. Preferably specialized in electric motor manufacturing, automotive or aerospace applications.

•Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple engineering projects from initiation to completion.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and in team settings.

•Strong understanding of electronic components, circuits and signal integrity.

•Experience in process optimization, automation, and production management.

•Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and manufacturing software (ERP/MRP systems).

•Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC), FMEA, and root cause analysis.

•Strong understanding of materials, machining, welding, and assembly processes.

•Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement techniques.
