Reporting to Sales Product Line Manager, the Regional Sales Representative [ RSR] is responsible for managing client accounts, driving revenue, and growing business. The RSR key duties include prospecting and lead generation, conducting sales presentations and product demos, negotiating, and closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
The RSR will build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
The RSR's needs to stay constantly informed on market trends, collaborate with all internal teams, and provide accurate sales reporting and forecasting. The RSR will also assist with client onboarding, problem-solving, and ensuring a seamless sales experience from prospecting to post-sale support.
· Bachelor's degree in engineering with business or marketing specialization.
· Proven experience in sales, minimum of 5 years in the automotive industry and key account management, or relevant customer relationship management roles.
· Knowledge of the automotive lighting industry or market in which the company operates.
· Ability to travel 80% of the time, withing Mexico Republic.
· Ability to travel to US or Canada if needed. (Must have all authorized documentation to travel in those countries).
· Additional certifications or training in sales, account management, or customer relationship management is a plus.
· Bilingualism is a must (high English level is required). French is a plus
