Job DescriptionResponsible for overseeing the Campus information technology and services operations. This role involves managing IT&S staff, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, and implementing technology solutions to improve business efficiency, productivity and drive digitalization across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage IT Operations:
- Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring all systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's business goals.
- Identify opportunities for technology improvements and innovation to enhance business operation.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and efficient use of resources.
- System Maintenance:
- Ensure the maintenance and security of all IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Project Management:
- Plan and execute IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Compliance:
- Ensure all IT activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
- User Support:
- Provide technical support and training to staff, ensuring they can effectively use IT systems.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management or a related role. Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications: Relevant IT certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP) are a plus.
- Experience: Experience in a similar industry or with specific technologies used by the company. (Preferred)
