Position Overview
The site IT Business Partner, Plant IT Solutions will be responsible for developing and executing the site IT master plan, ensuring operational performance aligns with ITIL standards, and driving collaboration across plants to maintain consistency. As a member of the site leadership team, this role will manage business partnerships with plant leaders, oversee IT-related projects, and ensure compliance with SOX and cybersecurity protocols. Strong expertise in shop floor applications and SAP ME/MII technology is essential to enhance manufacturing operations and integrate IT systems effectively. Reporting to the Director of plant IT services, the site leads will collaborate between sites to provide the best-in-class solutions that are consistent across the sites to deliver the most efficient and most loved Supply Chain KPI's.
What you'll do
Site IT Master Plan - Develop, implement, and maintain the site IT master plan to align with organizational goals and operational needs.
Operational Performance - Monitor and optimize IT operations using ITIL frameworks to ensure efficiency and reliability.
Leadership Team Collaboration - Actively participate in the site leadership team to provide IT insights and support strategic decision-making.
Business Partnering - Build and maintain strong relationships with plant leaders to understand their needs and deliver IT solutions that enhance performance.
Project Accountability - Lead and manage IT projects within the plant, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Cross-Plant Collaboration - Work with other Plant IT Leaders to standardize processes and maintain consistency across sites.
SOX Compliance - Ensure adherence to SOX regulations, including regular audits and documentation.
Cybersecurity - Own and manage cybersecurity initiatives to protect plant systems and data from threats.
Shop Floor Applications - Develop and maintain shop floor applications to streamline manufacturing processes and improve operational efficiency.
SAP ME/MII Technology - Utilize SAP Manufacturing Execution (ME) and Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (MII) technologies to optimize plant operations and enable real-time data integration.
Site IT community – Ensure the IT resources in the site are represented with the functional leadership and have a community within the plant.

Who you are
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT leadership roles, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.
Expertise in shop floor applications and SAP ME/MII technologies.
Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
Familiarity with SOX compliance and cybersecurity protocols.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
