At WK Kellogg Co., we are looking for a Junior Bilingual Accountant with a maximum of 2 years of accounting experience. We seek someone passionate about their career and eager to grow in the Fixed Assets and Leasing area. This role is essential to our team, where you'll work closely with the Senior Fixed Assets and Leasing Analyst performing reconciliations, dispute resolution, and contributing to a dynamic and growing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with various teams to minimize disputes in the leasing area by addressing root causes.
• Provide direct support to the Senior Fixed Assets Analyst, ensuring that accounting processes align with business needs.
• Maintain smooth communication with other departments to achieve common goals in the fixed assets and leasing area.

Requirements:

• Experience: Up to 2 years in accounting.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Language: Advanced English (required to communicate with global teams).
• Skills: Proactivity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Work Arrangement Details:

• Schedule: Hybrid, with 3 days in our Querétaro offices and 2 days remote.
• Additional Benefits: Short Fridays.
