We are seeking a highly motivated Payroll Specialist to join our LATAM payroll team based in Guadalajara. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with a strong command of payroll operations across LATAM countries, excellent Excel skills, and fluency in both English and Spanish. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing, resolving employee inquiries, supporting internal audits, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Significant knowledge working with Microsoft Office. Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory.
Must have current working knowledge of payroll best practices.
Colombian payroll experience is a definite plus!
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Knowledge of labor laws (LFT, LISR, LIMSS, LINFONAVIT, etc.)
Familiarity with payroll systems ADP, SAP. Oracle is highly desired.
