Descripción

• Develop and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support long-term financial strategies.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis to evaluate cost structures, profitability, and investment opportunities.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with International and other relevant standards.
• Lead audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including aerospace-specific financial and export control regulations.
• Identify cost-saving initiatives, optimize financial processes, and drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to optimize cost of goods sold (COGS) and enhance overall profitability.
• Provide financial guidance to support strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, capital investments, and new product development.
• Partner with executive leadership to align financial goals with company strategy and ensure financial alignment on business objectives.
• Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
• Oversee risk management initiatives, including insurance and credit risk assessment, relevant to the aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering accountability and continuous learning.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and financial literacy across the organization.

Perfil buscado

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in manufacturing or aerospace sectors.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace financial regulations, cost accounting, and capital management.
• Proven track record of financial leadership in a high-stakes, compliance-driven environment.
• Exceptional analytic, communication, and problem-solving skills.
