Are you highly skilled in Bluebeam and have a sharp eye for detail? We're looking for a Rebar Estimator who can lead accurate digital takeoffs and material estimates for reinforcing steel in commercial and residential construction projects.

In this role, you'll focus on using Bluebeam and Excel to extract quantities, analyze drawings, and support the preconstruction and bidding process. If you're a problem-solver with strong technical skills and a background in construction or estimating, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Review structural drawings to determine rebar requirements and scope.
• Use Bluebeam Revu to perform digital takeoffs and markups for quantity takeoffs.
• Prepare detailed material breakdowns and cost estimates in Excel.
• Interpret RFIs, addenda, and project specs to adjust estimates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure bid accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain historical data on pricing and production rates.
• Support proposal creation and pre-bid meetings as needed.
• Identify project risks and value engineering opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in rebar or construction estimating (preferred).
• Proven proficiency in Bluebeam Revu (required).
• Advanced Excel skills: formulas, pivot tables, data analysis.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at multitasking.
• Knowledge of rebar placement, splicing, and lap lengths is a plus.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar.
• Certifications in Bluebeam or construction estimating are a plus.
