Job Mission:
Assists the Communications Manager with the coordination and execution of all club communication programs. Oversee and maintain the Twin Dolphin mobile app, with a focus on updating accurate and pertinent content within brand guidelines. In charge of gathering programming from operational departments as well as execution of copy and design content.
Responsible for:
- Create the Twin Dolphin app strategy and content. Perform updates, modifications, and test app implementations for functionality, as well as troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Coordinate print and digital communications with operational departments ensuring content and brand guidelines are met
- Prepare and handle special projects and/or assignments as directed by the Communication Manager and Club Director
- Assist with the production of written and visual/multimedia content based upon brand guidelines
- Handle sensitive information -- maintain the Club's App database updated as needed
- Prepare activities and events calendars, as well as assist with promoting to guests through verbal or munication
- Support the operational departments with content, communications templates and documents or events through the app or as needed
- Assist with events capacities; capture activities and special events to produce monthly activities programming and manage the information
- Review and follow up on any communication made through App email account
- Coordinate with third party vendors for projects and samples
