CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER - (BILINGUAL WITH ENGLISH AND SPANISH )
MERIDA YUCATAN
Responsabilities and duties:
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Develop service procedures, policies and standards.
- Develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Keep ahead of industry's developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
- Control resources to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
- Measurement and analyzes Kpi´s, (Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Essential Duties and Responsabilities:
Experience 2 years in a similar rol and environment (Credits, banks)
Experience in customer service 100%
Ability to provide and receive constructive performance insights.
Excellent English written and oral communication skills
