Customer Service

Target:

To be responsible of all the questions of customers.

Requirements:

• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
• Preferably 1-2 years customer service experience within in EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Service) customer service.
• Ability to project manage.
• Good negotiation and communication skills and dispute. 

Activities:

• Handling customer urgent requests including timely follow up on orders delivery, RFQs etc with HK sales team.
• Build and maintain strong customer satisfaction through quick and professional solid answers to customers.
• Updating weekly ocean shipment tracking report to customers.
• Participating in customer meetings (project meetings, LOB meeting etc).
• Participating in internal project meetings as per agreement with the Manager.
• Assist HK team for build plan, delivery and US Kanban management.
• Doing input to ERP system as necessary.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints by supporting from other departments.
• Knowing our products and process so that you can answer questions.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues all over the world as necessary.
• Reporting customers concerns or special request to HK management.
• Identify and offer suggestions to improve efficiency.

Plus:

• Comfortable using computers. 
• Good use of MS office.
• Good knowledge of English, reading, speaking and in writing.
