Ria is looking for a motivated person who serves customers by providing good service, information, assistance, and support. We work directly with Agents, providing information for pending transactions and helping to process their transactions on time, this position also will play a key role in supporting the department's security to mitigate fraud and our agents not being victims of fraud.
Responsibilities :
Receive incoming calls and make outgoing calls providing excellent customer service.
Accurately verify legitime transactions with our agents over the phone.
Review receipts to confirm and process transactions.
Be alert during the development of your work every time.
Answer customers and agents inquiries and questions professionally by phone.
Identify problems, unresolved issues and risks using Ria's fraud prevention protocol.
Promptly escalate any high risks to management for resolution
Process transactions that have met Ria policies, procedures, and regulations.
Keep up to date with Ria's training, policies, processes, and protocols.
Review entry images receipts by our system
Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications:
High School diploma
Knowledge of writing and verbal communication skills in English.
1-2 years of experience in customer service in a call center environment.
Possess experience dealing with difficult customers and remaining professional.
The key characteristics this individual must possess are excellent phone etiquette, problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well with others, multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Must be flexible to work extended hours and weekends.
