Required Profile:
- Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar position
- English level: Advanced (mandatory)
- Professional title required
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main liaison between the customer and Acero Prime's internal processes, ensuring their needs are met through effective resource and process management
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer priorities are addressed promptly and accurately
- Schedule shipments and act as production planner
- Attend PPS meetings and actively participate in new project launches
- Provide timely and clear responses to customer inquiries and requests
- Ensure proper execution of internal processes and timely availability of accurate information
- Issue correct billing for services provided, including logistics, warehousing, and processing
- Provide customers with automated reports such as receiving, inventory, production, and shipments
- Share accurate and reliable updates regarding material status
- Ensure compliance with our quality management system, implementing corrective, preventive, and continuous improvement actions when needed
- Guarantee timely customer payments and support the resolution of billing or overdue account issues
