About the Role:

At the core of DoorDash, our Merchant Services team ensures our partners thrive. As a Premium Merchant Success Partner, you'll deliver best-in-class service to our highest-value merchants. You'll be their dedicated expert, guiding them through a flawless onboarding journey and resolving complex operational challenges to ensure their long-term success on the DoorDash platform. This is a critical role in shaping how we differentiate through exceptional support.


Your Impact:


  • Be the Merchant Champion: Serve as the direct, proactive contact for our top-tier merchants, owning their onboarding needs from start to finish.
  • Drive Flawless Activation: Anticipate issues, strategize solutions, and coordinate seamlessly with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Operations) to ensure rapid, defect-free merchant activation.
  • Build Lasting Relationships: Foster strong partnerships by providing unparalleled service and acting as a single point of contact for all onboarding and operational concerns.
  • Optimize & Problem-Solve: Prioritize and escalate critical issues, leveraging your expertise in DoorDash systems to promote positive outcomes and merchant retention.


What You Bring:


  • 2+ years experience with account management, customer success, or client-facing operations.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and advocate for customer/partner experience.
  • Expertise in problem-solving, issue prioritization, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and strong Excel skills.
  • A passion for delivering best-in-class service and driving client success.
  • College degree or equivalent practical experience.
