At UltraDinero, a SOFOM specialized in microloans, we are looking for our next Head of Collection — a proactive, analytical, and results-oriented leader with strong operational expertise to optimize our debt recovery processes.

We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in call center-style collections within financial institutions, banks, collection agencies, or BPO firms.

**We are not seeking profiles focused exclusively on financial or credit risk collections.**

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement effective collection strategies across different delinquency stages.
• Supervise the internal collections team and manage relationships with external agencies.
• Evaluate and improve the organizational structure of the collections department.
• Set clear and measurable goals per team and collection channel.
• Monitor KPIs, generate reports, and present results to international management.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain constant communication with Credit, Risk, Customer Service, and Legal departments.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience managing call center-style operational collections.
• Proven experience leading internal teams and coordinating with external collection agencies.
• Background in financial services, banks, BPOs, or collection firms is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recovery metrics, performance tracking, and portfolio monitoring.
• High attention to process, results-driven leadership, and operational discipline.
• Fluent English is mandatory (required for reporting and communication with international leadership).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields.
